Payments are accepted as CASH, CHECK & CREDIT CARD (American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard).

**CASH and CHECK payments may be eligible for a Preferred Discount at time of service.**

$25.00 Fee incurred for returned checks.

Late Cancellation Policy (updated 1/1/08):

24 hours notice is required for any cancellation and rescheduling of appointment. Clients making changes within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment and those who do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of scheduled treatment(s).

Late arrivals will receive the remainder of the time scheduled. Full payment is required.
