Late Cancellation Policy (updated 1/1/08):
24 hours notice is required for any cancellation and rescheduling of appointment. Clients making changes within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment and those who do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of scheduled treatment(s).
Late arrivals will receive the remainder of the time scheduled. Full payment is required.
ATTENTION NEW CLIENTS: Please visit the company website (www.i-massage.net) to download & print the NEW CLIENT FORMS. The completed forms should be presented to the Massage Therapist at the time of your initial appointment.
